OCT IRI (Innovation Research Institute) is an innovative research base of OCT Group which is focusing on urban space development. It gathers a group of professional teams full of imagination about urban space. They turn all the imagination about the city into reality and let the City show more possibilities. We designed an innovative research container for them, where they can make all ideas grow up like plants.
